COE Winners
The next winner has some of the best lab rep relationships with LabCorp, Quest and All Other Laboratories. She is one of the best at presenting our clinical message in front of physicians and she is not afraid to challenge folks every now and then. In Fiscal Year 2022, she finished the year at 103% to quota for Cervical Cancer Screening products and 106% to quota for Sexual Transmitted Infection products. Her COR unit volume annualized to 29,760 units. Please join me in congratulating 2-time Circle of Excellence winner and DSS Fort Worth, Stephanie Nave!
This individual strategically targeted her territory and worked effectively with her lab rep partners and internal Hologic resources to make a massive impact this year. She is laser-focused, loves being out in the field visiting her clients, and thrives on sharing the Protect the Pap message. This individual is considered the “quiet closer” as she is the rep who is always in her car, moving market share, and driving strong growth, but does so quietly rarely sharing her successes publicly. This individual demonstrated an impressive 2022 performance resulting in 107% to quota for cervical cancer screening and 104% to quota for STI’s. Please join me in congratulating first time COE winner, DaNia Allen.
This individual started at Hologic almost 1 and half years ago and “hit the road” to success immediately. This DS is out every day working with HCPs, lab partners and colleagues, helping patients get the testing they deserve. Since day one this DS has made it a mission to drive out Cobas in their territory resulting in 16,000 units of HPV growth. This individual bats a 1000 in successfully stomping out the treats of BD and BINX. In FY22 this DS finished with 75,000 units of annualized COR Volume and achieving 118% PTQ for CCS and 102% for STIs. This individual’s ability to work both smart and hard has paid off. Please join me in congratulating first time COE winner… hitting the ball out of the park… James Hill!
This DS began her career with Hologic in December of 2021. During her short tenure with Hologic, she has forged excellent relationships with her Quest and LabCorp partners. She’s constantly striving to engage with customers, her positive attitude is contagious and she’s always willing to help her teammates. In FY22, she finished the year at 104% CCS and 110% STI PTQ, she was also 138% to goal for COR’s. By partnering closely with her Quest WHAE, she was able to produce impressive MGEN growth of 1,400 tests. Her top wins include a SurePath conversion at FIU and a large DNA conversion from a long-time holdout, Dr. Delgado. Please join me in congratulating Mariely Virgen!
Building an elite culture takes hard work and dedication to evaluating areas for growth. This DS strives to help cultivate a culture that is fun, competitive, and welcoming by putting her teammates first. Whether she’s running clinical reviews or taking the time to help coach a teammate, she’s always focused on helping her team. In FY22, she finished the year at 104% for CCS and 106% for STI PTQ. She also finished 143% to her COR goal, delivering volume growth of 3,912 tests. Hailing from right here in Orlando FL, please give it up for this two-time COE winner, Carrie McNulty!
The next winner is nothing short amazing! She is motivated, knowledgeable, and passionate about women’s health. In Fiscal Year 2022, she finished the year at 113% to quota for Cervical Cancer Screening products and 109% to quota for Sexual Transmitted Infection products. Her COR unit volume annualized to 25,308 units. She started the year in Salt Lake City and finished the last 3 quarters in Texas. Please join me in congratulating 2-time Circle of Excellence winner and DS North Dallas, Kaki Garrett!
This tenured DS crushed FY22! She is extremely collaborative and a true leader on the team. She is always willing to take on a challenge, and this past year, she helped with interviews, co-travels, new hire training in San Diego, comp prep calls, the BCI pilot launch and took on the role as the team’s green sheet guru. She recently achieved her goal of DS3 in the West and continues to impress with her tenacity, focus and determination to not only win, but elevate others. She held at #1 in the nation all year for overall Mgen growth at nearly 10,000 units. She was consistently in the top 10 for the BVCV contest. She finished the year at 100% for CCS and 113% for STI with 20% growth in her STI bucket. She was ranked the #3 DS at the end of Q3, now Megen Hamrick from Chicago on the Great Lakes team has gone onto WIN COE for FY22! Congratulations Megen. Well deserved!!
This individual recently celebrated 5 years at Hologic and a Field Trainer promotion. She is very results driven, always makes an effort to visit one last unscheduled account before ending her day, and has an incredible appetite for success. This individual consistently seeks way to develop professionally including learning to speak Spanish fluently so she may better communicate with her clients in her territory. She manages her time effectively and equally spreads her efforts across all DS strategic priorities as evidenced by her solid 2022 performance resulting in 108% to quota for cervical cancer screening and 108% to quota for STI’s and 115,886 unit STI growth! Among her noteworthy wins was a massive AHPV conversion from HPV DNA at Quest at AltaMed impacting 35 sites and over 2200 HPV tests per month. Please congratulate first time COE winner out of the City of Angels, Kelsey Waymire.
This individual has been with Hologic for 2 years and has made significant contributions to the Diagnostic division in a short period of time. This DS’s ability to work in collaboration with their AE and lab rep partners has been a key success to driving massive competitive conversions and organic growth. This individual had an exceptional year resulting in over 60,000 COR volume annualized for FY22, and remarkable PTQ ending at 111% for CCS and 114% in STIs. Among their noteworthy wins was a Cobas to AHPV conversions at two massive health systems in Minnesota, North Memorial and iHeatlh resulting in over 25,000 AHPVs a year. Roche….eat our dust! Please join me in congratulating first time COE winner from the land of a 10,000 lakes, DS Minnesota….John Ries!
This DS has come into this role to make a strong and fast impact, which is quite impressive. He quickly formed strong relationships with his AE, large health systems and lab reps to grow his HPV bucket 16% YoY and his STI bucket 15% YoY. He dove in to take on special projects, such as an H1 Maps training and creating a co-travel template for the team. He’s taken on multiple training sessions & continuing education plans with outreach programs in his territory to maximize the potential of his resources. He is always positive and supportive; a true team player. He finished strong with 110% for CCS and 106% for STI. He also ended the year as the #1 DS in the BVCV contest. He was ranked the #4 DS at the end of Q3, now Alex Sbai from Indianapolis, Indiana on the Great Lakes team has gone onto WIN COE for FY22! Congratulations Alex. Incredible year!
This District Sales Manager consistently delivers district results year after year. 2021 brought about many changes in this particular district and starting off the year this DSM identified and onboarded 6 talented individuals to build a winning team. This DSM has proven their aptitude to collaborate cross functionally with both the Lab and Strategic Alliance teams and has played a role in furthering our partnerships with some of our largest lab customers. This District consistently delivers on growth to demonstrate the differentiated value that the Hologic HCP team brings. Over the past year, the team closed 266,000 units in Conversions of record, 36% M.Gen Growth at Quest, and an overall STI growth of 8%. He is steadfast in his approach, and his performance is proven. The Dirty SOUTH is in the HOUSE once again…. Let’s give it up for this 5 x COE winner, Tim Haw!
Her gifts are EMPATHY and HARMONY. Empathy means she sees the whole room. Through harmony she finds common ground and a path forward. These gifts have enabled her to build trust and followership from her team, and to win over the toughest lab customers. She keeps her finger on competitive risks, initiating a cross-functional call to stay ahead of HPV Primary threats. Covid-19 hit volumes hard, but her team stayed focused on influencing Healthcare Provider’s behaviors so that when women returned to the Dr, her volumes climbed exponentially resulting in:
• 4% HPV growth, finishing 102% CCS
• 13% STI growth, finishing 105%
• In 2022 her team captured over 265,000 test units in conversions averaging 4,000 units per DS
She maintains the highest standard for herself and her team, that’s why she’s the GOLDEN GOAT! Please welcome 2X COE winner, California District Sales Manager, Nicole Hipskind!
Our next winner has had a lot of firsts over the past year. In 2022, this Account Executive took full advantage of his competitive edge against the competition, along with an honest, effective message, to establish credibility with his customers that has led to multiple competitive conversions. He placed six Panthers, three Panther+Fusion instruments and three additional Fusion module upgrades. Three of those instrument placements were new customers to Hologic and through those placements he added $1.7 million in incremental annual revenue.
In his first three years as an AE, he has strategically utilized his resources during some of the most difficult times to develop influential relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and top 20 laboratories such as Mayo Clinic. This young father and his wife recently built their first home, celebrated his daughters first birthday, and enjoyed his alma mater’s first NCAA basketball championship since 2008. This is the first Circle of Excellence win for him at Hologic, but it is just the beginning of a bright future. Please join me in congratulating Ryan Donovan.
This next AE had another record year! Back-to-back years of crushing the competition and exceeding % to Quota is no easy feat, but when you are elite and a highly engaged AE with a rock-solid business plan it can be achieved! This AE hit 106% to goal for Cytology, 119% to goal for Molecular, and locked in 13 competitive closes totaling $2.3M of incremental business across the Dx assay portfolio. His massive BVCVTV $850K close at Scripps kicking out BD Max was just one of his many wins that took a high level of communication, direct engagement with C-suite leadership, and a sophisticated team selling approach. When he isn’t out fending off the competition or looking for creative solutions to add more menu to current Panther placements, he is working collaboratively with his DS team to grow his territory business organically and mentoring new AEs as a Field Trainer. The future continues to be bright for this best-in-class AE! Please join me in congratulating, second time COE winner hailing from our home base of San Diego, Ein Peck!
This next AE has just been on the outside looking into the COE rankings the last couple years and was determined to make her mark in FY22. With a vision and solid business plan to keep her on track this AE lead the country with the highest molecular % to Quota achieving a whopping 134% to goal. She also locked in 17 competitive closes rolling up to $2.5 million dollars of incremental new business across the entire Dx assay portfolio. New BVCVTV closes at Priva Path for $870K and Northridge/Common Spirit for $390K are noteworthy, as well as the growing Kaiser Southern California BVCVTV business that continues to surpass revenue goals since coming on board in FY21. To truly illustrate this AE’s grit and hustle to fend off the competition, it’s worth calling out that she also brought on five new Aptima Combo 2 customers collectively adding up to $600K of new incremental business in the highly competitive landscape we are all up against. Goals are dreams with deadlines and this AE is nothing short of goal driven and because of her relationship-oriented, thoughtful, and disciplined approach to her territory management she is achieving her dream tonight. Please join me in congratulating, first time COE winner, Ashley Avan!
This next AE had a massive year that was a result of flawless execution of his scripted strategy, which was years in the making. He crushed his percent to Quotas with 101% to goal for Cytology and 121% to goal for Molecular, but even more notably lead the country with 24 competitive closes across the entire Dx assay portfolio totaling $4.1M!! He was extremely effective finding new ways to grow his territory by focusing on developing new business opportunities and running after menu expansion with current customers. More specifically this self-motivated and highly driven AE brought on 5 new Mgen closes and 5 new BVCVTV closes. His leadership was instrumental to push 4 BD Max to the curb while locking in a $1.4 million-dollar BVCVTV close at Tricore. Additionally, he brought BVCVTV and Mgen into Sonora Quest to the tune of $920k of new incremental business. This AE’s ability to see the big picture, collaborate efficiently, and execute flawlessly led him to success this year. He is poised for yet another solid FY23 ahead, so this might be his first but won’t be his last. Please join me in congratulating, first time COE winner, Steve Veit!
It is my pleasure to announce the 2022 Circle of Excellence Award Winner for the Regional Management Team. Coming out of the pandemic, this RM busted through the obstacles and strategically set up their Region for success. Like most of the Regional Management Team, this Region was challenged with replacing promoted talent as well as a territory expansion. In addition to her own challenges, she stepped up in a big way to help the Mountain Region from a leadership and management perspective. She embraced these additional tasks with a smile on her face, showcasing her overwhelming desire to win and to watch the entire team succeed. Her team was responsible for the largest AC2 close in the US for Planned Parenthood at $1.16M and had one of the largest BVCV closes in the country with Tricore at $1.5M! Her team finished the year at a staggering 120 PTQ for Molecular and 108 PTQ for Cytology. Her team produced 67 new TORs totaling $11.5M, setting this region up for future success. She is a Cultural Queen and is truly developing herself into an Elite Leader. She is a multiple COE winner and the defending COE Winner for the Regional Management Team. Please join me in congratulating the 2022 Regional Manager COE winner, Kathleen Miklusak!
This individual joined Biotheranostics in 2019 after being told by her previous employer that she was not qualified to take an oncology role. In her first year, she inherited a massive geography in the Northeast and turned it into one of the highest performing territories in the country. Last year, when a territory opened up due to a promotion, this individual snatched opportunity to move south and prove that she can be successful anywhere. The Regional Manager new what this individual was capable of and begged us to approve the transfer. In her first year in this new territory, she grew her existing user base more than any other territory in the country and was also ranked Number 1 in the country with the Highest Percent to Revenue Goal. She is absolutely unstoppable. Please join me in congratulating our first COE Winner… Stacey Beltz.
This individual joined BTX in September of 2018 taking on a territory that was so large that it has now been divided so many times it comprises almost an entire region. Since joining the organization, she has won nearly every award that we’ve created. She has grown her Breast Cancer Index volume so large that it is nearly 13% larger than the second biggest territory in the country and almost double the volume of the National Average. No matter her quota, she consistently blows it out of the water. Bringing in over 1200 BCI tests annually, this individual is the single largest revenue contributor to Biotheranostics. It’s going to be a long time before anyone can knock her off this pedestal. Please join me in congratulating our next COE Winner… Tyra Darling.
This next individual joined Biotheranostics in June of 2020 and actually insisted on attending in-person training in the middle of the pandemic. (We did give her the option of virtual). Don’t be fooled by her sweet demeanor and her disarming southern drawl. She is a pit bull when it comes to moving market share. Her single state territory brings in over 300 Cancer Type ID per year which is nearly double the next closest Oncology Account Executive. Not only is she the top CTID rep in the country, she is also ranked 4th with BCI volume. As you might imagine, this is not her first awards trip. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and I couldn’t be more proud to have her on our team. Please join me in congratulating… Alisha Crawford.
This individual joined Biotheranostics way back in November of 2013 so next year will be his 10 year anniversary. He is the second most tenured person in the organization and this award tells you everything you need to know. This past year, his territory was cut in half during an expansion. He didn’t complain. He took this an opportunity to get laser focused on his accounts. He is the consummate advocate for his customers and the patients, as anyone in client services and patient services will tell you. He took the 7th biggest territory in the country (the kind of territory no one wants to inherit because they feel that it’s already saturated) and grew it more than any other territory in the US. In fact, he took that well established territory and grew it more than 90% Year Over Year. That’s huge! Please join me in congratulating our next COE Winner… Marc Mangifesta.
At Biotheranostics, we rank account executives on a series of KPIs. Things like Total Volume, New Users, YOY Revenue Growth and Percent to Revenue Goal. We add up all of these individual KPI rankings to see who comes out on top as the “Oncology Account Executive of the Year”. Out of 48 Sales Reps, this individual was top 10 in nearly every KPI. More amazing is this person just joined the organization in January of 2022 when a territory became available due to a promotion. She is one of the sweetest people you could every meet, but don’t let your guard down. As a former college athlete, she’s also one of the most competitive individuals you’ll ever come across. I couldn’t be more proud to announce this year’s “Oncology Account Executive of the Year”. Please join me in congratulating… Tessa Abney.
Now it’s time to award the Regional Manager of the Year. With so many talented managers, this was an extremely close race this year. This individual joined the organization about 4 years ago as an oncology account executive and promptly started having an impact, winning “Rookie of the Year”. He mentioned in his interview that his plan was to be the “VP of Sales” by the time he was 35 years old. I think he was 34 at the time of the interview. You can’t say he’s not ambitious. This person was promoted to Regional Manager last year. We jokingly refer to him as our in-house recruiter since he is single handedly responsible for bringing on nearly 10% of our sales force by promoting openings to his nearly 25 thousand connections on LinkedIn. He almost makes as much in referral bonus as he does in commission. In his first year as a manager, his region ranked Number 1 in YOY Breast Cancer Index Unit Growth, Number 1 in YOY overall Revenue Growth and #1 for overall KPI Ranking. We fully expect to see this guy up here one day passing out these awards. Please join me in congratulating this year’s “Regional Manager of the Year”…. Grant Izokovic.
There is one “non-sales” job responsibility at Biotheranostics upon which 100% of our Sales performance is completely dependent. That role is Client Services, the team that processes all of our incoming orders, secures all of our Biospecimen for testing, and reports out all of our final reports. Without Client Services, literally nothing else in the business happens, and during times of high volume growth, they are the key to our success. Strength in this key area is therefore critical, and we are fortunate to have THE very best in the business. She is an exceptional leader, possesses seemingly unlimited bandwidth, knows our processes cold and is the cornerstone of our inside customer facing operations. I’ve said many times, she is one the top hires of my entire career and has made an absolutely immeasurable impact on our business over the last 7 years. I am so proud to invite Ashlee Kendall, Sr, Manager, Biotheranostics Customer Service to the stage! You’re going to COE!!
This SAM had a tremendous year finishing above 100% in all product categories and #1 on her team. Over her tenure as a SAM, she has become a deeply trusted advisor to not only the Labcorp leadership in her division, but also to her internal counterparts. Fueled by her diet Mountain Dew addiction, this SAM has contributed to over $28 million in organic growth revenue to Labcorp, and she truly sets the bar when it comes to the art of effective and compelling communication to her lab counterparts. She is always operating strategically with an enterprise mindset and the first to raise her hand amongst her peers. These skills, coupled with her deep love for Hologic’s mission and culture paved the way to her recent promotion to DSM for the North Mid Atlantic territory. Please join me in congratulating Lisa Sweeny as this years’ SAM COE winner.
This individual brought tremendous value in FY22, this person’s accomplishments include exceeding quota in all product categories and leading a massively complex BVCV conversion with the HCP team, Marketing, the Strategic Alliance Lab Team and Quest Diagnostics. Collaboration of this magnitude is no small task; for years, this person has lived into the philosophy of “Greater Than One” leading and bringing in the right people at the right time. She has cultivated critical relationships across the Quest Commercial organization and brought in Hologic stakeholders including the HCP team, Liz, Jen, Strat Alliance Lab team and Marketing to maximize the relationships and value exchange with this critical customer. One example is the Executive Business Reviews now occurring quarterly across all Quest Divisions which have driven immense value in our partnership. Beyond collaboration, this individual also demonstrated significant personal growth in FY22 with her pursuit of top talent, coaching and leading her team, which is exemplified by 2 QSAM promotions and the success of the QSAM team. This woman embodies our culture plus always willing to go the extra mile and do it all with a smile. If you know who I am referring to, I am certain that you have witnessed her incredible heart, passion and commitment to her team, our customers and Hologic’s mission. Please join me in congratulating Justine Hall.
This next COE winner has reached far beyond title and role, especially during this past year, to influence and contribute to our commercial successes. In this environment where team selling is essential, this individual demonstrated how to effectively leverage all the resources available to ensure our customers have the best experience. Understanding the value of the unique access we have to the scientists and internal subject matter experts, they collaborated with R&D and Scientific Affairs to bridge the transfer of assay specific knowledge to the field teams supporting our customers, allowing the field to be better prepared and for our customer facing interactions and programs, such as the verification programs, to be more complete. These cross-functional relationships were especially essential as we supported growth in viral assays, launch of CMV, BVCV TV and prepare for Fusion 4Plex. This individual offers insights based on years of technical and customer experience to inform and perfect our implementation processes and customer facing programs. These processes and programs provide a differentiated customer experience and quicker time to TOR, which ultimately led to us exceeding our goal of $30M in new TORs in addition to growing and insulating our molecular business.
This individual’s influence and reach extends beyond the US Commercial team and applications specific activities. She has established relationships internally with Prod Support, R&D, marketing, TS, IS, and even other divisions (BSH) allowing us to engage more effectively on projects and collaboration. They co-lead the development, launch activities and support of the H1 Customer Support Portal for Diagnostics, allowing for customers to access on demand learning and other self-service actions for support and information. This person provided support to the open RM NE region to minimize any gaps in business and customer impact. Among teams, this person is considered a trusted source for information and input. She takes ownership in continuing to build and nurture our elite culture that promotes vulnerability and courage. She is enterprise minded, sets the bar high for performance and holds people around her accountable. She is a champion of meaningful change. Please join me in congratulating, Crystal Facey.
This individual has a long history of exceeding expectations. Energizing, passionate and a master at storytelling, everyone wants to know and learn from her. Her presence elevates the mood and heightens the excitement in any setting. Her success at driving real revenue results combined with her background in medical technology and clinical pathology have built undeniable credibility amongst her peers.
Because she has been incredibly successful herself, she knows what it takes and has a strong desire to transfer her knowledge and skills to others. She has taken on an attitude of partnering with the Regional Managers to own their talent choices with them and do what it takes to get their teams to achieve their goals. She has dramatically improved our reputation in Sales Education and is a trusted advisor to the Lab Sales Leadership team. She has impacted not only the sales teams, but also supported the applications teams this year in her willingness to share information, collaborate with Field Applications leadership on learning programs and promoted the value of the apps/sales partnership. She is inclusive in that she invites subject matter experts to educational events, reaches out for input, and is always open to new ideas. According to our Regional Managers, she has developed the best Account Executive training program we have ever had for AE’s and has trained the most AE’s ever recorded in one year at Hologic.
She has completely transformed the lab sales learning program including regular co-travel in the field to provide coaching and feedback. The results of this transformed program, including CATALYST implementation, and her influence are evident in our newest Account Executives. This year, many of her alumni are at the top of the talent rank within their regions. The combination of recruiting and hiring the right talent and providing them with an educational leader who knows how to do it best and is continuously evolving the program towards world class is making the difference in showing up against our competition. Her relentless drive to generate success in others makes her an incredibly valuable member of our team. Let’s congratulate this now FIVE TIME COE WINNER, STACY WOOD.
This individual holds a key role within the business focusing primarily on the cervical cancer franchise ensuring that women continue to have access to Hologic’s differentiated cervical screening solutions.
Partnering extensively with cross-functional colleagues she utilizes her gifts in analytical thinking and relationship building to broaden Hologic’s access to key KOLs and societies always keen to add value on both sides and to connect likeminded people. Her deep knowledge across the cytology and molecular world as well as her mastery of the clinical literature let’s her maneuver with ease amongst cytologists, pathologists, lab directors, MDs and patient organizations.
Her list of accomplishments is long but her biggest feat without a doubt is the close relationship she built with ASCP, an instrumental partner in our fight to maintain cytology as an integral part of cervical screening now and in the future. I know she won’t stop there as she’s laying the ground work for the commercial launch of the Genius Digital Diagnostic system by continuing to partner internally, build our network of KOLs and generate clinical data well ahead of launch for this groundbreaking technology.
Please join me in congratulating and celebrating with this year’s winner of the Sales Consultant COE award – Dr Sarah Harrington!
First of all, this award represents the highest level commercial leadership on the front lines that has to balance being so close to the street, the customer, the reps and also navigating upward; it’s one of the toughest jobs that I know. This year’s winner is simply a beast in so many ways. That may not come across as the most sophisticated representation of a team member, but let me clarify. This year’s winner has been on the Hologic journey for a really long time and at every step of the way delivered for this organization (including multiple COE awards over her tenure). She has been a positive agent of change as we have evolved our culture and strategies to navigate the growing complexities of this marketplace. She is relentless in her commitment to drive performance, she is a team player always, she is humble, yet sought after by many as a trusted leader, strategist and role model. If she lived on the same culdesac as I do back home, we would be buds for sure, hanging out together no doubt. And at this point you may have sorted it out despite my attempt to be cryptic as to who the winner is this year. OK let me clear up any speculation, this year’s winner led the largest close in the company’s history for a single assay, BVCV at Quest. It’s simply one of the most remarkable accomplishments I have ever seen or been a part of. So as we always say, it’s a team game and she would be the first to acknowledge that in her humble way. But make no mistake about it, her vision, grit, accountability, sophistication and leadership was the catelist in bringing the opportunity to a reality. OK, you have surely sorted who it is at this point, and I know this is getting long, but I do have one more thing. If you ever hear the words from the bartender : “it’s last call” … sprint to MJ and let her know immediately as she will perform for you (like she does this business) with back ups, to the back ups, to the backups, because she is equally as relentless with her pursuit of making sure the party doesn’t end. Please help me celebrate this year’s Sales Leadership Award Winner: Michelle Janisch
This person has been a long time Hologic employee, but a recent gift to the diagnostics organization. This individual has built a team that has driven considerable value across many areas of Diagnostics. This person has also recruited a team that is respected, expert in their field and highly collaborative. This individual has incredible respect, credibility and trust with everyone on my team. She has a gift for distilling complex issues into actionable and understandable concepts. She and her team have navigated their complex space with incredible results that have enabled us to realize even more growth potential of BV/CV and BCI. She formed a coalition with our largest lab partners, and helped navigate all things Covid. She ideated and led the development of strategic initiatives that will enable broader success in women’s health policy for diagnostics and the other divisions within Hologic. She has a gift for distilling complex issues into actionable and understandable concepts. I am so grateful we divisionalized this function and we are so lucky to have her leading it. I can’t think of a better advocate for our team and women’s health. I am pleased to introduce this year’s sale’s consultant award to Camille Grubbs.
The Presidents’ Choice award winner is meant to embody enterprise-oriented contribution to the overall performance of the business and what we stand for in our culture and leadership – The Prime Standard. This person partners across sales and marketing teams, but also with cross-divisional teams and the broader Hologic organization. This person works behind the scenes always stepping in to support this team in any way possible. This individual cares, it’s not about them, it’s about making us all shine a little bit more. This person puts their heart into everything they do and I’m so grateful for their vision & leadership. They embody ONE LOVE in their genuine love for others, thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and the true joy that they receive when helping their colleagues be their best. He brings ideas to light through beautiful imagery, events and communications that create a connected thread to our culture. He never passes at a chance to get people together and bring out a breadth of thought that has made us better a division. He is a partner, strategic resource, and friend to many including to me. He is wicked smart and many may not know that he is a biomedical engineer by training. He is the consummate professional: articulate, diplomatic and authentic with an amazing capacity to manage many initiatives at one time with incredible productivity, and the highest standard of quality. His level head and calm demeanor make him approachable, loved, and an example for all of us. His colleagues say that he has “just plain outworked everyone” this year and I don’t disagree. I wouldn’t want to do this job without this man and he is an indispensable partner to me. It is my pleasure to honor Mark Olsem as this years, President’s Choice Award.
